Plant-based diet - Day II

My second day of plant-based diet went very well especially for lunch cause I made the best cream-soup ever, I recommend you try it too!




Breakfast: avocado on toast

How to: slice 1 avocado, add a squeeze of lemon and chili flakes 


Lunch: Red lentil soup with carrots and coconut milk

Tip: add grated ginger, cumin or coriander for an oriental flavor and a squeeze of lemon for freshness


Dinner: risotto with asparagus

Where: try the one from Entourage, it was very tasty and fresh 


Guilt-free snack (had the same like the day before) - psyllium pudding (made with almond milk and cinnamon)
