Got Milk?!

And if you don't you should! 

Just came back from the Zuzu event where DR Mihaela Bilic was invited to speak about the importance of introducing milk in our daily food.

I am a fan of milk and usually have it in the morning with cereals, but I learned today that I need much more than my usual 100ml. And to get back the 1 gr of calcium that our body is loosing per day I need to be nice to myself and drink more milk. And I will!
